Little Collins

The team behind Hawk & Hunter and Little Ox have reinvented the business park cafe with Little Collins, a slick, bain-marie-free cafe designed with workers in mind. It’s spacious and stylish, with communal tables, peppy turquoise chairs and a fleet of smartly aproned staff who keep customers well-fed, fast. All-day breakfasts include smashed avocado spiked with capers; spiced porridge; or eggs with corn and chilli polenta. Lunch includes spicy pulled pork baguettes, a reuben, lush spiced chickpea salad or sit-down-and-take-your-time dishes like house-made gnocchi. Many items are packed and ready to go, as are whole lasagnes to take home.
