Little King Cafe

We don't have an award for Cutest Cafe maybe we should. Little King would be a shoo-in. From its hidden-away spot in the portico behind St Paul's to the lace curtains fronting the tiny room, the miniature tables and the op-shop china, this place has smallness and perfectly formedness in spades. Compact baguettes tied up with string star for lunch - maybe honey-roasted pumpkin and feta or prosciutto, peach chutney and brie, and mini cakes are baked right here behind the counter and served with a smile by owner Ellie King. Padre's Daddy's Girl blend is bright and punchy black, and sweetly winey in a piccolo.
