Little Wish is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it joint behind the Collins Exchange building. Closer inspection reveals a Synesso machine on the counter, suggesting serious coffee intentions. House-roasted blends and daily single origins feature - take a cushioned seat down in the service alley to sample a long black of Guatemalan that starts with soft crisp apple and smoothly moves to a rich hazelnut finish. Excellent pide and sandwiches to order emerge from a kitchen no bigger than a broom cupboard; the pulled pork, provolone and spinach sandwich is particularly sumptuous.
