Admire Turkish artefacts in glass displays while waiting for Maras kebab, a garlicky yoghurt-covered melange of lamb mince and crispy bread cubes. Colours and spices dominate in Anatolian chicken, the highlight dish of marinated chook, fluffy rice and crunchy salad. The desserts are deliciously tactile with a charred wobble of milk blancmange topped with a stretchy dollop of Maras ice-cream.
