The menu is a labyrinth of different avenues of Indian cuisine, from hot jhalfrezi dishes to dry biryani and creamy makhani delights. Sampling all the sights, smells and flavours, the Maharaja banquet offers an express train around the menu, featuring buttery samosas, spicy mango chutney, juicy lamb cutlets, garlic prawns and the dark flavours of goat masala. The naan bread is soft and puffy, while the rosewater-infused gulab jamun dessert casts an evocative subcontinental spell over the senses.
