This snazzy new Double Bay diner pulls a lively crowd for its dry martinis and fashionable pizzas. So what's it like as a cafe? Just as much fun, really. You still get to sit outside on the street if you want to be seen (this is Double Bay, so of course you want to be seen), or out back in the light, bright internal courtyard. A Campos Superior blend piccolo latte ($3.50) is smooth and strong, and there's now a breakfast menu (brioche, french toasts, herb ommies) to fuel you up before the shops open. Brunch segues into Bloody Marys, rhubarb and pear Bellinis and Alaskan king crab linguine before you can say 'how much were those shoes?'
