Seafood$$$

The sweeping views of sea and sky are seriously spectacular, but the main lure at this comfortably informal restaurant is the food. Start with beautifully rendered duck breast and confit of pork belly, the pairing balanced with a tagliatelle-like tangle of green apple and endive and tart quandong jus. The signature dish of sea treasures - wild scallop sashimi, slipper lobster wrapped in golden noodles and wasabi oyster with salmon pearls - is vibrant, light and playful. A main of king salmon with king prawn is dotted with pomegranate pearls, quinoa, fresh soybeans and a swirl of lemon yoghurt. Take your cue from the view and order fish of the day, which might be seared ling with fat scallops and a rich, smoky Catalan (capsicum) sauce. Dessert is a 'tah-dah' dish. cassata layered with gelato - pistachio, raspberry, and clementine and goat's cheese - and finished with airy Italian meringue.
