Oli & Levi

There's a food truck vibe in Coromandel Place as Oli & Levi loyalists spill into the laneway around the service window. There are no tacos or gumbo, just good Allpress espresso (choose from Supremo or Full City blend or a single origin) and food so unfussy and good-looking no menu is required. House-made tarts are fresh-cracked eggs encased in crisp puff pastry. They're $2 and come in six flavours - maybe chorizo and goat's cheese or Mexican bean. Hungrier patrons might opt for chicken salad wraps or Noisette sandwiches - but it's the hot Peking duck roll (with Vietnamese slaw and plum sauce) that keeps the crowds honest.
