The bibimbap, a kaleidoscopic salad of pickled vegetables, rice, raw egg and your choice of protein, can come as a hotpot for $1 more. Delicate enoki mushrooms and other veg adorn a sizzling platter of sweet beef bulgogi. And if the propaganda on the walls comparing Korean and Australian obesity rates begins to overwhelm, distract yourself with a Korean beer.
