Organic Produce Cafe

$$

This popular, organic-focused cafe seems something of an oasis, with charming staff, a serene water feature and shelves packed with nourishing niche products. Organic coffee and a decadent walnut, date and chocolate brownie pack enough punch to stop you drifting off to Zen-town, though, and Balinese fried rice with a just-right fried egg perched on top keeps you tuned in, with firm yet silkily yielding cubes of tofu, crunchy veg and chilli-smoky-garlic flavours. Chicken tagine features a melt-off-the-bone drumstick on a pile of spiced chickpeas, shredded carrot and rice, topped with a generous handful or two of fresh coriander. Those seeking gluten- and dairy-free options are well catered for, too.
