These guys care about their meat; lamb from Cootamundra (free range and grass fed), pork from Winchelsea in the Otway Ranges (hormone free and free range), and both grass- and grain-fed steak. The salad in a haloumi salad entree is fresh but just one piece of haloumi wasn't enough; a hearty serve of bruschetta is more of a success. Basil and parmesan-crusted barramundi is aromatic and comes with chats and salad, while the beef and Guinness pie is a delightful combination of chunky beef bits and a good mix of vegies cooked in a richly textured sauce with a golden, crisp puff pastry top.
