Tucked behind a food court and spilling out onto a tiny back lane is the aptly named Piccolocino, a little cafe with a big heart. Good, crusty-bread sandwiches (maybe a frittata roll) and strong Italian-roasted Circi coffee ($3) are served up by owner Angelo Durante, whose warm southern Italian hospitality and infectious personality are what make this place so loved. Angelo is on a first-name basis with the regulars, and has a knack for remembering their coffee preferences, but even new customers are treated like old friends dropping round for a cuppa.
