Ping’s Dumpling Kitchen

Chinese

Got a jar of small change that you can’t be bothered banking? Take it to Ping’s and have a good feed instead. Staff are friendly and serves generous so you’ll probably be able to shout a friend, too. Squeeze onto a communal table in the cheerful surrounds and dig in to slippery steamed, crispy fried or thick-skinned boiled dumplings. Wontons in chilli oil are beautifully garnished with egg ribbons and pickled mustard greens, though chilli fiends may need to add more spice. Noodle and rice dishes can be a bit pedestrian, but liven them up with condiments and you’ll walk - or waddle - out satisfied.
