With its ornate mini-chandeliers and padded Beetlejuice-suit walls, this is a fun pit stop on Pitt Street. The all-day breakfast menu goes beyond the standard fare (black pudding, kransky roll) so if you are considering pairing beer with your bacon, this is a good place to do it. Indeed, a late breakfast here saw several patrons happily pairing wine with eggs, or matching their toast to a bottle of rose, which was refreshingly different. The coffee is not the most consistent - the crema on a long black ($3) had mostly dissipated, although the robust Allpress Carmelo blend shone through in a latte ($3.50).
