Plunge No. 46

This simple streamlined space with banquette seating down one side and cosy courtyard serves quality cafe fare with an Arabian twist. All-day brekkie includes cumin-spiced baked eggs with sucuk, capsicum and tomato, and sourdough toast topped with a spicy chorizo, potato and onion-packed omelette. A juicy lamb kofte wrap, mezze plate with felafel and spiced chicken salad are stars from the lunch menu - the latter, a mix of baby spinach, couscous and mint yoghurt, is fresh and aromatic. Dinners were a highlight: fingers crossed they’ll be reinstated. Meanwhile, top Coffee Alchemy brews and Persian love cake keep spirits high.
