School of 7 Bells

Cafe

Daniel Zalcberg's latest outpost in his growing Artful Dodger empire is also the most exciting and original. It appeared as if by magic in a long-abandoned former shoe repair store above Windsor station: dark arts were surely engaged to create a surprising amount of seating with a very small floor plan. The tiny triangular kitchen pumps out fantastic food with dollops of originality, such as the soft-shell brekkie tacos. The house blend coffee is rich and velvety with a spicy tang, and there are revolving single origins on offer. All this and cool, compliant staff make this a welcome arrival indeed.
