The Lab's window is a great place to grab a heart starter on the way to work as the city hustles and bustles past, or you can pause inside for a mid-shopping caffeine hit or a milder filter brew to bring on the afternoon. A Nicaragua single-origin espresso ($4.50) has a mild nutty nose and a rich, full-bodied flavour with a strong grapefruit note.
