Seoul Ria

Korean$$$

The veneered shoebox elevator ferrying eaters to the second level of this seen-better-days building provides little clue as to what awaits on the other side. An ancient sign reads ‘Max Occupancy 7’; Seoul Ria breaches this by roughly 133 very happy heads as families, couples and students dig into pickles, pork jowls and hotpots. Cook-at-the-table barbecue is killer value at $15 per serve and comes with more sides than a polygon with spilt personality. Don’t know what half of the sides are? Awesome. Discovering is the best part.
