Seven Seeds

A Melbourne coffee mecca, this bustling, airy converted warehouse is the home of Seven Seeds roastery and a place to taste some of the best beans coming into the country. The coffee on offer changes daily: a cold brew, a single origin chosen for pourover and a single origin for espresso. There'll also be the Seven Seeds seasonal espresso - when we visited a perfectly extracted blend of Colombian, El Salvadoran and Guatemalan beans with raspberry acidity and a big chocolatey body. It's not all about the coffee: the revamped menu features rustic, produce-driven takes on Euro classics, like a warming pea and ham hock soup.
