La Tapa Guapa's siren's song is the paella de marisco. Lots of seafood swimming in rice, with a lovely current of garlic and some large prawns and mussels make it a perennial winner. The patatas bravas were too soggy and lacking spice or punch but chorizo al infierno was something else. Thick slices of spicy Spanish sausage in a caramelised red wine sauce had GPFG hankering for more. Gambas al ajillo featured scalding hot prawns and a year's garlic to put away in five minutes. Sardinas a la plancha were three large sardines in a very salty pesto-like crust.
