It’s all about chilli at this bustling Sichuan restaurant. Flip through iPad menus to browse beef, lamb, pork, seafood or vegetable sections, complete with images and chilli ratings - but beware, even the mildest has a hefty kick. The house speciality of tender lamb ribs is pungent with cumin and fresh chilli, or for something gentler there are pork dumplings, crisp fried onion pancakes, or ginger chicken served with cool iceberg lettuce cups. But the point is really the chilli, with hotter dishes swimming in vibrant red oil and piled with the real deal. Plenty of offal for the intrepid, too.
