A modest fish and chippery it might be but owner Richard Webb careful sources only sustainable seafood such as whiting, mackerel, Cone Bay barra and squid. Takeaway containers are made from biodegradable bamboo or bioplastic while oil from the deep fryers is converted to diesel. There's no compromise on the quality of food coming from the kitchen of this classically trained chef though.
