Behind the tuk-tuk parked proudly in the shopfront awaits a bounty of Thai treasures at this Pitt Street favourite. Young, cheerful and sometimes loud clientele fill the New York-loft-come-Patong-bungalow and tuck into the likes of green mussels with a punch of chilli, silken quail egg wontons and cut-above massaman curry. Barbecued pork chaperoned by a bittersweet tamarind sauce is chargrilled joy on a stick but the real stars are the textured and zippy salads - particularly any featuring papaya and/or raw pickled crab. Don't miss the dessert cart on the way out.
