The Coffee Roaster

A dazzlingly strong cup of the house blend here can give you jet lag - or perhaps, cure it - given that it's a magical mix of five beans from five different countries. It seems layered with the flavours of freshly roasted, mixed nuts but that could be prompted by the fact that you're right next door to the gleaming Chinook coffee roaster at the time of drinking. The walls of this pragmatically industrial space are lined with both coffee bags and medals - this was the highest scoring coffee at the 2012 Sydney Royal Easter Show - and there are trays of brownies and cabinets of pies and rolls for the local workers and shirkers.
