Silky chicken liver parfait is perfectly seasoned and accompanied by toasted brioche, cornichons and sweet onion confit. A crunchy BLT with crisp bacon comes with fab shoestring fries, while a hearty dish of pork and herb sausages boosts carbs with a mountain of creamy mash and a sweet-sour red wine jus. If you're still not convinced finish with the treacle tart, its sweetness balanced with a quenelle of thick creme fraiche and lightly charred orange segments.
