This warehouse cafe, bakery and roaster sent a seismic shift through our cafe culture when Ramzey Choker and Jack Hanna flung open their doors last year. Like all good ideas, it keeps growing, with its own gardens, pizza bar, playground and chook pen. It's a magnet for coffee-lovers, who dig the three roasters behind glass and the well-built, creamy/cocoa piccolo ($3.50), and for diners who come for the Bircher muesli or the burger. And especially for anyone under 10 who loves Kevin Bacon the piglet. In other words, it appeals to everyone, and everyone will duly be there in the queue in front of you.
