The Hart family won hearts with the darling Jack of Harts & Jude cafe in Engadine. Now they’ve laid a trump card down in Sutherland with a sweet little sister cafe. From the cups and doilies to souvenir teaspoons, this place has so much spirit it feels like you are glamping with a caravan of gypsies. Do try the zingy avocado mole served with spicy beans, fried eggs and cornbread. Scrambled eggs also turn into a great partnership served on a doorstop-sized chunk of sourdough. Hard hearts will be sweetened with homemade scones lashed with jam and cream and paired with a punchy piccolo.
