The Old Chamber

A contemporary cafe sitting in the middle of a beautiful heritage building, the Old Chamber is all about serving quality food to the Monday-to-Friday CBD crowd. The Bircher muesli is a beautifully considered combination of flavours and textures - the crunch of frosted walnuts contrasts well with the creaminess of the Bircher, the sourness of a halo of yoghurt peeks through the sweetness of the honey poached pear. The coffee is good without being mind-blowing. An espresso of an Indian rainforest single origin is earthy with medium body, a mild tangy middle and a slight charcoal finish.
