Sunday brunches are beyond busy but staff aren’t fazed, gracefully ferrying chewy ciabatta reborn as French toast with rosewater and caramelised banana. Corn fritters, guacamole and sour cream are on trend (and on a lot of tables), while gnocchi and mushrooms also impress. Beverages are taken seriously: coffees, teas and milkshakes all pass the test. Dinners, too, albeit at higher prices.
