Smoke isn't going to break any culinary barriers but wins hearts by dishing up good quality, generous portions of American-style food. Texas beef short ribs come as a half or full rack, hickory smoked with a generous amount of finger-licking sauce, while pork lovers can dig into their ribs Memphis-style. Both come with a serve of very good chips and coleslaw. There's also a hunger-busting 500gram rib-eye, macaroni cheese and for the less robust appetites, salad. Dessert lovers should indulge in the chocolate brownie, although it might take two to eat it all.
