Three Swallows Hotel

You wouldn't know by looking at it but the Three Swallows may just have one of the best pub kitchens in the Bankstown area. The toasted Turkish roll served with a lively and authentic garlicky pesto is a great way to kick things off. The barbecued chicken pizza is succulent and the barbecue sauce has a lovely hickory undertone. The Asian options here are well done, too; the Burmese pork and peanut curry is hot and tender, while the Thai green curry balances the sweet and spicy as well as you will find anywhere else.
