'Ei, haam and kaas' was John Azzi and Grahame Rowe's favourite breakfast when they lived in Amsterdam for five years, so they've introduced the Dutch baked egg, ham and cheese to their little charmer of a bike workshop and cafe (you can even come and fix your own fixie here if you join up on Facebook.) Di Gabriel's Vivace blend is bright, smooth and generously priced ($3.20), and Grahame reports the locals are SO not into decaf. Stay for a vegan-but-you-wouldn't-know-it Funky Pie of broccoli, soy and mustard seed while you choose which classic bike to buy so you can ride home.
