Vargabar might be serious about sustainability, but they know how to have fun too, judging by the Alberto Vargas pin-up girl prints and kooky dishes such as the weightlifters' healthy carb salad. You don't even have to be hungover to appreciate the Lil Beaut bacon and egg roll loaded with spinach, tomato, cheese and aioli.
