Working his La Marzocco like he means business, Daikos says his dream was to bring a slice of Italy to Marrickville, hence the packed panini, handmade pasta, antipasto plates and pastries from A&P Sulfaro Pasticceria Italiana in Haberfield. He's there from the crack of dawn, pumping caffeine into the veins of battle-ready commuters, who appreciate, if they're awake, the butterscotch, toffee and subtle fruit of Campos' flagship Superior blend ($3.50). And if they're not yet awake, they soon will be.
