If you turn up here to discover there is no queue, you're already having a good day. Matty Sprem and Dom Majdandzic have been putting forward some of Sydney's best regarded coffees since 2009. They're now roasting off-site in their factory, and the fan base has grown accordingly. Perch yourself on one of the high stools near the window if you want to rub shoulders with the Shire's most coffee-driven community. The caffe latte ($3.50) is rich and balanced, but it's the Silver Bullet espresso that shines - well balanced, lime, medium viscosity with thick crema and a long-lasting finish.
