With new dishes daily, no wonder locals use it as their personal chef. For everyone else, the waiting list can be long, but worth it, for the totally satisfying food from a menu weighted to meat and fish. Named after the pig in Charlotte's Web, he's honoured here with dishes like roast suckling pig with potato cakes, asparagus and roast garlic salad. For dessert, don't go past the toasted brioche ice-cream sandwich.
