At night, be prepared to wait for a table or seat at the bar when Woollahra locals come out to sample the 500-plus wines on the Wine Library's extensive list. Alternatively, arrive early to take advantage of the excellent all-day menu without the well-coiffured crowds. Ideal for grazing, standout dishes include the embutidos y queso, a selection of cured artisanal meats and cheese with pan con tomate (toasted sourdough rubbed with tomato and olive oil); spicy lamb and ricotta gozleme; and richly indulgent eggplant parmigiana. Staff are happy to recommend a wine (or two) to complement the food.
