Baker Pip Hayes (formerly of Innocent Bystander) dishes out pillowy custard-filled doughnuts, delectable sticky fruit pastries and sourdough bread steaming with freshness. Dashing staff proffer coffee and burly breakfasts such as chilli eggs with sauteed greens and goat’s cheese, or porridge topped with granola, blueberries and maple syrup. Come lunchtime on the outside deck with its rollicking waves soundtrack, diners tuck into luscious burgers sandwiched in house-made brioche buns with dill pickle and oozing gruyere.
