Dean runs Morgan's Coffee, sourcing brilliant beans and roasting them on the 30kg Joper; while Michelle sources brilliant cacao beans, transforming them into her sought-after Zokoko chocolates. The two blend beautifully at the chic little cafe fronting their factory, where you can see, smell and taste the coffee and chocolate love. And it stands to reason that the single origin drinking chocolate is out-of-this-world good. Okay, so it's Emu Heights, but it's chocolate, people. And coffee. That must be worth a detour.
