The Hyatt of appreciation

The Hyatt Hotel holds a wine dinner featuring the d’Arenberg range of wines on August 8. It will serve six courses with matching wines, including a main of Rangers Valley eye fillet with porcini crust and furikake seasoning with the 2009 d’Arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz. Francis D’Arenberg Osborn (D’Arry), 86, has overseen 71 vintages at the McLaren Vale winery. Son Chester Osborn is now the winemaker. At the Promenade Cafe, 6.30pm, $120. 6269 8810.
