Do you have a kitchen garden? Book yourself in for A. Baker's Backyard Produce Dinner on February 25 at 7pm.
The idea is that you bring in a bunch, a box or a bag of your best home-grown produce a couple of days before the dinner. Head chef Bernd Brademann will then work out a special dinner using all the ingredients that diners have brought to the kitchen.
Everyone who contributes will be listed on the menu. And then you'll get a couple of A. Baker products to take home after the meal. Everyone's a winner. $60 for food with a $35 charge for matched wines. February 25, 7pm. Book on 6287 6150 or abaker.com.au.
