Wine tastings at famed Darlinghurst coffee spot Bar Coluzzi, say what?

Proprietor Tibor Vertes says a liquor licence is just one of many changes he has made since taking over Bar Coluzzi (pictured), which has been pumping out coffee since 1957.

The tiny venue will also open late and has introduced a menu of Italian small plates.

Coffee aficionados needn’t worry; Vertes is reversing the decision of itsformer operators to drop the Coluzzi coffee blend when he took over the business earlier this year.

Vertes says businessman Rodney Adler is no longer involved at Bar Coluzzi.
