A new feather in the cap

Loose Goose in Flinders Lane is finding a new identity.

The bar above Papa Goose restaurant will be renovated and reopen as a ''Mediterranean wine bar'', general manager Alex Galaitis says.

A kitchen is being built upstairs to produce share plates by the owner-chef of both levels, Neale White. Plans will take flight next month.
