A trio of smooth operators

Three young men, Mat Bate, Charlie Maginness and Morgan Cottee, all 21, have set up a food van called BlendCo.

''The concept is to serve a marriage between a smoothie and a juice,'' co-owner Bate says.

The six-week-old business has already been involved in a couple of pop-up events. There'll be a small menu too, such as spinach boreks, but blends are the core focus. blendco.com.au
