Join Alessandro Pavoni, head chef of Ormeggio​ at The Spit, at the Growers' Market on Saturday as he cooks risotto alla parmigiana con funghi, salsa al vino rosso (that's risotto with parmesan, red wine and mushrooms, folks) and shows off his first cookbook, A Lombardian Cookbook. And if that wasn't enough to get you down to Pyrmont Bay Park on a Saturday morning, maybe the allure of free ice-cream will. Sweet fiend Andy Bowden will be serving free sundaes to the first 50 people to rock up to the truck. Sweet!
