Greek food has taken a hit in Sydney recently with the closure of Xanthi restaurant at Westfield Sydney.

The Greek experiment at the Eastern Hotel at Bondi Junction has also bitten the dust with the closure of Anatoli, which opened last year.

The Eastern has used the space to expand its GoodTime Burgers brand, opening a GoodTime Diner in the Anatoli space.

Diners do not live on burger buns alone, so GoodTime Diner specialises in American southern-style smoked meats.
