High-flying chief executives would be no stranger to dining on meals prepared by top chefs, but this March they'll be entering the kitchen alongside them.

On March 7, the fifth OzHarvest CEO CookOff will see chefs and CEOs raising money and awareness for vulnerable Australians.

Joining forces to feed more than 1300 homeless people are 50 Australian chefs with 38 Good Food Guide chef's hats between them, and 150 of the country's business leaders.

It's the first time the annual fundraiser will visit Brisbane, at the Royal International Convention Centre, while Sydney's event will take place at a new location, The Cutaway at Barangaroo Reserve.

OzHarvest chief executive Ronni Kahn wants to encourage the entire business community to get behind the fundraising efforts.

"By taking part in the CEO CookOff, these corporate leaders and companies show that they care for the communities in which they operate," said Kahn.

"They also show a commitment to making a real difference and impact to the lives of people who are less fortunate."

The line up of chefs includes Matt Moran, Neil Perry, Peter Gilmore, Guillaume Brahimi and Dan Hong.

To date, the CEO Cookoff has raised more than $4 million for meals for the homeless.

The public can donate to OzHarvest to sponsor a CEO or chef. Every $1 donated means the equivalent of two meals will be delivered.
