Bar Pho has been rocking some damn fine beef noodle soup at Bondi Markets for a while now. For one weekend-only the team will run a Surry Hills laneway pop-up, kicking off tonight, Friday, July 18.

It isn’t all about Tina Do’s delicious pho, though. There will be other Vietnamese street food to chow down on, like buckets of thit nuong (barbecue sesame pork skewers) and com tam (barbecue lemongrass pork chop with broken rice, omelette, and homemade pickles).

If that doesn’t sound awesome enough already, the boys from Trolley’d will be on deck mixing cocktails inspired by Vietnamese spices and herbs. And that’s in addition to the Young Henry’s team tapping a keg of their Bia Hio craft beer for your drinking pleasure.

8 Hill St, Surry Hills, Fri-Sat 4-8pm, Sun 12-8pm
