Looking for a beer match for your camel slider? Nope, us neither, but we have to admit this lunch, as part of next month's Regional Flavours at South Bank sounds interesting.

Under the name "Hunting Club", the South Bank Surf Club have asked beer guru Matt Kirkegaard to match craft beer to dishes such as lemon myrtle cured salmon, camel sliders, braised kangaroo and wild mushroom spring rolls, and wattleseed and pepperberry spiced banana prawns.

There are many more food events too, including those involving guest chefs and food trucks.
