Shortblack - Bellagio cafe dinner service

Waverley's Bellagio Cafe has recruited former Orto Trading Co chef Leonard Walker to front the kitchen's push into dinner service. Starting tomorrow, the busy, child-friendly cafe will open on evenings, Wednesday through to Saturday. Bellagio's Felix Clark also promises a heavy-hitting wine list.
